THE SELF

I unravelled myself,

Layers by layers

To reach out 

The realm of nothingness.

Sinking like a stone,

Got closer and closer,

I settled at the bottom,

Yet couldn't dissolve myself.

There lay my mind and I,

Side by side ,

Totally distinct

Like grains of light

It was like a moment

That went forever and ever

But it soon faded away,

And i remained.
